PHARMACY ASSISTANT/INVENTORY CO-ORDINATOR

About the role-

We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead and manage the receiving operations in our fast-paced pharmacy. This role plays a key part in supporting inventory control by handling data entry, maintaining accurate records and generating reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory management, including proper stock placement and storage standards. Able to communicate with the Retail Manager about pricing, stock levels and inventory adjustments. Additional training will be provided

Manage store deliveries and process incoming orders

Maintain accurate inventory records, including supplier returns and credits

Ensure efficient stock rotation and monitor expiry dates

Assist with pricing, shelf labelling and promotional displays

Use Fred Office software to manage stock records

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in pharmacy (Certificate 2 pharmacy assistant) or retail stock control

Computer literacy with familiarity with Fred Office software an advantage

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Punctual, proactive and reliable
