THIS IS A VARIED JOB BETWEEN THE OFFICE AND DISPATCH

DUTIES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE

Processing customers orders received via online, emailed or telephone. This will involve distributing associated paperwork to the warehouse and dispatch.

Checking outgoing orders, calling clients to update them on their orders where needed.

Helping other team members when necessary.

Customer service skills are required, word and outlook experience preferred.
