We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team at Southern Stars - Ipswich. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, loves building relationships, and enjoys being the central point of support between customers, technicians, and management.

About the role

Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and scheduling air conditioning service jobs for technicians;

Assisting with customer enquiries (phone, email, and walk-ins)

Assisting with Air Conditioning Sales through our Wholesale & Online network

Preparing and following up quotes for residential clients.

Supporting the sales team with product information and order processing.

Liaising with builders, suppliers, and Contractors

General administration including data entry, and job management.

What we’re looking for

Experience in sales, scheduling, or service coordination (air conditioning, electrical, or construction background preferred, but not essential);

Strong customer service and communication skills;

Excellent organisation and time management skills;

Computer literacy (MS Office, job management systems, etc.);

Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
