What you’ll do:

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

Manage reservations, floor plans and daily bookings

Coordinate events and functions smoothly

Work closely with managers and the front-of-house team

Handle guest requests with care and attention

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a host/guest relations role (restaurant experience preferred)

Strong communication and people skills

Calm, professional, and organised under pressure

Attention to detail and a team-player mindset
