Position: Waitstaff / Barstaff (Full‑Time or Casual)
Location: Beechmont Estate, Scenic Rim QLD

Nestled in the heart of the Scenic Rim, Beechmont Estate is a boutique hinterland luxury lodge perched on 75 acres flanked by the beautiful Lamington National Park. Home to our two-hatted restaurant 'The Paddock' we offer exceptional fine dining with paddock‑to‑plate ethos: seasonal menus, produce straight from our on‑site garden and local suppliers, and an expertly curated wine & cocktail offering.

We are currently seeking Full-Time or Casual Waitstaff & Bar Staff for our upcoming peak season.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced hospitality professional who:

Loves delivering impeccable service with a relaxed, personal touch

Has a solid knowledge of cocktails and wine — we host tastings on the Sunset Terrace and run guest cocktail masterclasses daily

Thrives in both restaurant service and event environments—think weddings, corporate retreats, private functions

Full‑Time and Casual shifts available, with flexible scheduling within our Wed–Sun service week.

What You’ll Do

Provide polished front‑of‑house service to dine‑in guests and event attendees

Mix cocktails like a pro and make accurate wine recommendations and pairings with confidence

Jump in on weddings, corporate functions, and high‑energy service events

Be a part of a team that is proud of our “farm‑to‑table” story and truly committed to seasonal excellence

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of premium restaurant/bar experience

Strong cocktail mixing skills and broad knowledge of Australian and international wines

A friendly, upbeat personality that matches our laid‑back luxury vibe

Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, covering both lunch and dinner shifts
