Monday- Friday $33.38, Saturday $46.73, Sunday $49.21, Public Holiday $66.75 + Super + Tips

What we are looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in a premium restaurant
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• WSET Level 1 (preferred, not essential)
• Excellent customer service skills with a natural sense of hospitality
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure
• Valid RSA
