About the Role

Gemelli Italian is currently seeking an experienced Pasta Maker to join our Warehouse Production Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about traditional Italian pasta-making and enjoys working in a production environment.

You will be responsible for producing a variety of fresh pasta types for daily supply to our restaurants, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Duties

Prepare a range of fresh pasta types to a consistently high standard

Operate pasta-making equipment and maintain machinery cleanliness and safety

Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP requirements

Assist with production schedules

Manage stock levels of pasta ingredients

Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient workspace within the warehouse

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a pasta maker in a similar role, with no less than 2 years' experience preferred

Experience working in a production kitchen or warehouse environment (desirable)

Full working rights in Australia (preferred)

Solid understanding of traditional pasta-making techniques and product quality standards

Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines while maintaining quality

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a methodical approach

A reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
