• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm (Overtime available)

About the Role:

You'll be stepping into a pivotal leadership position within a warehouse undergoing positive transformation. The business operates across two sites within the same complex, covering approx. 4,500m² plus two hardstand areas.

The current team of three is ready for direction and structure. You'll work closely with senior leadership, including the Logistics Manager and COO, to bring clarity, coordination, and process to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct warehouse staff and daily operations
• Manage inbound and outbound traffic flow
• Coordinate with senior management to implement new systems and processes
• Support the transition from outdated practices to streamlined, system-based operations
• Ensure efficient use of Salesforce and CIN7 (training and support provided)

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to follow direction and lead by example (hands on role)
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CIN7 (advantageous but not essential)
• A proactive mindset and willingness to drive change
• Current LF Forklift ticket (advantageous)
