About the role

As the Junior Marketing Assistant, you will report to the Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day property advertising, property launches, communication to customers and onsite photoshoots, as well as any other tasks as required.

Key responsibilities include:

Support the Marketing Manager with launches and material approving.

Attending property photoshoots and assisting with styling and video footage.

Assisting with the creation and scheduling of creative content.

Coordination of print media (signboards and brochures).

Engagement with the broader team on new marketing briefs.

Liaising with sellers and tenants to coordinate property photoshoots.

About you

A marketing degree isn't required however a passion for property and marketing is. Along with a proactive nature and willingness to learn will see you succeed in this role. Your understanding of social media, print media, and property would give you a base level of knowledge and understanding for this role.
