The hybrid Customer Service Officer – Valet Driver, plays an integral role within the organisation, reporting directly to the Valet Duty Manager. This hybrid role requires a dynamic person who will provide an excellent welcome to our clients and relocate their vehicles carefully.
The Customer Service Officer is the friendly face that our clients are greeted with upon arrival to the Valet Service. They are focused on accurately and efficiently completing administrative check-in duties and delivering outstanding customer service, in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System and Values, all while ensuring compliance and constant improvement in all areas of the operation.
While the Valet Driver is responsible for ensuring our client’s experience is seamless with vehicles made safely available at the correct time and returned in the required condition. They are focused on completing transporting duties, in accordance with the Company’s Standards, Compliance and Values.
All applicants will need to be physically fit for standing, walking and movement in and out of vehicles throughout each shift. The ability to drive, carefully navigate multi-story carparks, and reverse park vehicles with efficiency is required.

Experience and Qualifications:
· One-year certificate from college or technical school; or a minimum of 12 months experience in a Customer Service position
· Current C class manual driver’s licence for no less than 3 years
· Basic computer skills
· Excellent car driving history and a high level of driving safety skills
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
This vacancy is for night shift, with hours 17:00 to 01:00. Current rate inclusive of penalties $32.92 per hour, plus super, 4 weeks annual leave with loading, 10 days sick leave.
