You'll play a key role in supporting their finance operations across payroll, compliance, reporting and business partnering, while working alongside people united by purpose, drive and community.

The Role

• Preparing monthly cash flow forecasts, BAS, FBT and other compliance requirements
• Managing payroll processes, including reconciliations and statutory obligations
• Driving the month-end process - balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, fixed assets
• Supporting quarterly and annual reporting requirements to governing bodies
• Providing financial guidance to stakeholders across the business, ensuring best practice processes and controls
• Assisting with audits, statutory accounts and ad-hoc finance projects that add real value

Your Profile

• Accounting degree and professional qualification (CA/CPA - completed or in progress)
• 3-4 years' experience in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment or public practice
• Solid Excel and accounting system skills (Dynamics 365 and CRM experience desirable)
• A problem-solver with a proactive, collaborative and organised approach
• Someone who takes ownership, meets deadlines and enjoys helping others succeed
