Fig Landscapes is seeking a fully qualified and experienced horticulturist to join our growing team in beautiful Byron Bay. We pride ourselves on creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces that reflect the natural beauty of the Northern Rivers, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence in horticulture.

What You’ll Do

· Provide expert horticultural care and maintenance across a variety of residential and commercial landscapes.

· Implement planting, pruning, pest/disease control, irrigation management, turf care, and soil improvement strategies.

· Work with native and exotic plant species suited to the Byron Bay climate.

· Contribute ideas for sustainable, creative, and functional landscape solutions.

· Support and mentor junior team members where needed.

What We’re Looking For

· Certificate III in Horticulture (or higher) with relevant industry experience.

· Strong plant knowledge and a genuine passion for gardens, sustainability, and design.

· Ability to identify and treat plant health issues.

· Competence with horticultural tools, machinery, and irrigation systems.

· A keen eye for detail, reliability, and pride in your work.

· Current driver’s licence (MR licence an advantage).
