About the Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and dependable landscape Team Leader to join a dedicated team that delivers high-quality landscaping projects is available. The role involves working across residential and commercial environments, focusing strongly on school sites. This hands-on position requires a broad skill set in construction-based Landscaping, including excavation, concreting, paving, and timber works. A strong commitment to safety, detail, and compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Excavation of footings, trenches, and site levelling
• Construction of retaining walls using a variety of materials
• Installation of concrete pathways, access ramps, and paved surfaces
• Timber construction, including decking and fencing
• Safe operation and routine maintenance of landscaping equipment
• Adhering to workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Collaborating effectively with team members and project supervisors
• Maintaining professional communication and conduct, particularly on school sites

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in structural Landscaping
• Skilled in excavation and operation of machinery
• Proven ability in paving, concreting, decking, and retaining wall construction
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and work independently
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Must Have Requirements

• Trade qualification in Landscaping or equivalent
• MR or HR driver's licence
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
