About the Role

This is a full-time position leading an offsider or small team across a variety of sites, including aged care facilities, commercial properties, and residential gardens. You’ll be hands-on while also making sure the job is done right, on time, and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a team leader or senior gardening role

TAFE Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent)

Skilled in all aspects of garden maintenance – mowing, hedging, pruning, planting, weeding, irrigation, pest & disease control

Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a team

Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship

Requirements

Must pass a Police Check and Working With Children Check

Must be up to date with flu and COVID vaccinations (including booster)

🌿 Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (negotiable for the right person)
