Civil Supervisor

What De-Construct is looking for in this Role

• Supervisor experience in Civil operations.

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials,

and equipment.

• Construction Industry White Card.

• Promoting, supporting, and facilitating a positive, visible teamwork attitude

among all crew members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively

with various stakeholders.

• Applying the principles of De-Construct’s Code of Conduct on site.

• Ensuring crew compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to give directions and problem solve.

• Drivers Licence

• Right to work in Australia.

Highly regarded but not essential;

• DCSI and Police Clearance

• Any plant operating tickets, HRW or trade tickets would be advantageous

but not essential.
