Avive Clinic Brisbane & Avive Specialist Suites Byron Bay are growing quickly due to community need, with new psychiatrists joining and programs operating at capacity. We’re now looking for an Administration Officer to help us meet demand and support all areas of our private hospital.

About the role

We're looking for a passionate Administration Officer to join our team. You'll be supported to deliver outstanding customer service in our private mental health practice and virtual cloud clinic, by providing professional, diligent and caring support to all our patients and visitors.

You'll work closely with psychiatrists, nursing, allied health and support staff in a positive team environment – where your ideas, experience and presence matter.

What you bring

Experience handling all aspects of an administration role

Experience working in either a private practice or mental health setting is preferred, but not essential

Strong teamwork, compassion and communication skills

A commitment to high-quality, person-centred nursing

Police check (or willingness to obtain)
