We are a modern, patient-focused and family-friendly dental clinic seeking a reliable and experienced candidate for the role of Senior Dental Receptionist/Practice Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for excellent patient care, and has prior experience in a dental reception role.

SCHEDULE

5 days per week

8AM to 6PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting and checking in patients warmly and professionally

Managing appointment bookings and confirmations

Handling phone and email inquiries

Processing payments, billing, and HICAPS transactions

Maintaining accurate patient records and schedules

Supporting clinical staff with smooth patient flow

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental receptionist is mandatory

Experience in D4W software is preferable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HICAPS systems

Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and Australian dental billing systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

High level of attention to detail and time management

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Required)

National Police Check required prior to commencement
