Your Role

Deliver exceptional customer service

Handle client calls, inquiries, and scheduling

Manage dentist orders and lab software with accuracy

Coordinate job delivery, stock orders, and portal management

Assist with social media activities

Work closely with the directors

About You

Excellent communicator and team player

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Social media savvy

Client-focused mindset with the ability to multitask

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in a dental surgery or medical practice
