At FillinAU, we specialise in connecting skilled dental professionals with practices across Sydney that require short-term or casual support. Whether it’s chairside assistance, front-desk coverage, or hygiene care, we provide reliable and flexible staff to keep practices running smoothly.

The Roles

We are building our pool of Temp Dental Professionals and are currently seeking:

Dental Assistants

Provide chairside assistance for dental procedures.

Sterilise and prepare instruments.

Set up and clean treatment rooms.

Maintain strict infection control standards.
Pay: $30 – $35 per hour (based on experience).

Dental Receptionists

Greet patients and manage appointments.

Handle phone calls, payments, and patient records.

Provide excellent customer service at the front desk.

Support the dental team with administration tasks.
Pay: $30 – $35 per hour (based on experience).

Dental Hygienists

Provide preventative dental treatments, including scaling and polishing.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and care.

Work independently and collaboratively with dentists.

Maintain high clinical and infection control standards.
Pay: $60 – $75 per hour (based on experience).

About You

Relevant experience in your role (Assistant, Receptionist, or Hygienist).

Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting or qualifications in Dental Hygiene (as applicable).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to new practices and teams.

Reliable, professional, and patient-focused.
