For a passionate, motivated salesperson who is an outstanding communicator, loves helping people solve genuine problems and interested in helping protect the most valuable things in the world from getting damaged in transport. This is a national sales role (which means huge opportunity for sales growth), based in Melbourne. There is no requirement to travel, only the opportunity to to grow your sales and unlimited commissions.

Rebul Packaging is a 20 year established, transport packaging manufacturer, with manufacturing in Brisbane and Melbourne and clients around Australia. We prevent damage in transport. People come to us with their logistics challenges and our great people, experience and innovative packaging designs are the difference between goods arriving safely or damaged. We manufacture the most environmentally friendly transport packaging - made of recycled materials and 100% recyclable. Everyday is different, every product has a different challenge, so we are constantly learning, improving and innovating. We are an end to end solution, starting with reels of paper and finishing with packing the boxes and crates for our clients, that provide the highest levels of strength and protection.
Your Role
You will be the face of our brand, driving business growth through relationship building, strategic sales efforts, and a passion for custom industrial transport packaging solutions. You will be presented with hundreds of qualified leads ready to visit, and you will be mentored and trained by an existing sales team with over 80 years of combined sales experience within this niche industry.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Conduct client meetings and product presentations
Provide packaging solutions tailored to customer needs
Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors
Helpful skills
Proven track record in B2B new business sales
Packaging / export / logistics / operational / manufacturing experience to understand how things are made, packed and shipped and where transport damages occurs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
Strong problem-solving abilities and spacial design thinking skills
Ready list of other leads, contacts within high value manufacturing.
