As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You’ll be hands on but will have a supporting resource and will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and embedding inclusive hiring practices.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Partner with leaders to provide market insights and talent solutions.
- Enhance our employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Use data and technology to drive improvements in recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a supporting resource.
This role is permanent full time based at our Southport Head Office.

A bit about you...
- Minimum five years experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong leadership capability.
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice and relevant employment legislation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and decision-making.
- Passionate about candidate experience and employer branding.
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card, open drivers licence and National Police Check
