About the Role:

Are you ready to own and elevate digital marketing execution across a global retail brand? We’re searching for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-paced marketing team based on the Gold Coast.

In this newly defined role, you’ll drive traffic, leads, and conversion through hands-on campaign management, website optimisation, and performance analytics. Reporting to a highly experienced Head of Marketing, and collaborating closely with a supportive internal team and agency partners, your work will directly influence the growth of an international brand with a passionate customer base.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own campaign execution across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube and other digital channels
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop on-brand, high-performing campaigns
• Optimise the website for conversion and user experience (including SEO implementation)
• Report on performance across GA4, CRM platforms and digital dashboards
• Present insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROAS and user engagement

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally with a retail or fashion focus
• Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and CRO/UX tools
• Ability to manage campaign calendars, budgets, briefs and agency relationships
• Strong understanding of the ecommerce funnel and customer journey
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
