Join the dynamic team at Piano Moves as a Customer Service / Inbound Sales Representative. This exciting full-time role is based in Dandenong South, VIC and will see you providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Handle inbound customer enquiries and sales calls with professionalism and a positive attitude

Provide detailed product information and advice to customers

Process orders, bookings and payments efficiently

Identify and act on sales opportunities to drive business growth

Maintain accurate customer records and data

Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally within the call centre or retail industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, helpful manner

Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences

Confidence using computers and various software applications

A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented approach

Sales acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
