Our Town Fencing is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor with strong leading hand qualities, to join our industry leading team located in YATALA.

Have you worked as a Leading Hand or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment – Then this could be the role you have been waiting for!!

This position would suit an experienced Production Leading Hand to ensure the area is running optimally, as well as a hands on roll, working on the floor.

Work Monday - Friday starting at 7.00am - 3.00pm.

Duties Include:

Day to day operation of a key production area - Rollforming

Delegation of tasks

Manage a team of up to 2 employees

Scheduling of jobs to meet delivery demands

Conduct stock takes,

Providing up to date and accurate information,

Deliver stock to a strict timeline to ensure customer satisfaction

Run machines.

Essential Criteria

Minimum 1 year experience in leading hand or management role.

Advanced computer skills

Able to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines

Current photo forklift licence (not essential)

Strong and clear communication skills

Strong time management skills - has experience in working to deadlines and in pressure situations

Has mechanical knowledge for basic machine repairs

Delegation and follow up to achieve production targets
