Key Responsibilities:

Lead carpentry tasks on-site and manage day-to-day operations.

Ensure high-quality work and meet project timelines.

Foster clear communication with other trades and team members.

Solve problems independently, with minimal supervision, and keep projects running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Queensland Carpenter with at least 5 years post apprenticeship experience.

A self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates independence, and has solid problem-solving skills.

Own transportation and tools to hit the ground running.

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
