The Opportunity

A unique growth opportunity – With 300+ staff interstate, the firm has strong Wills & Estates, Corporate/Commercial, Employment, and Dispute Resolution teams. This means you’ll have a built-in referral network and the chance to expand your practice with full firm support.

Balanced caseload: 50 percent property/assets and 50 percent parenting matters.

Growth: The Sydney office (50 + people) is expanding, with plenty of room to build your practice and shape the future of the Family Law team.

Collaboration: Work alongside two highly respected Principals - one focused on collaborative law, the other on litigation - offering a well-rounded environment.

Flexibility: Hybrid working (Three days in office including Monday and Wednesday, the rest flexible) and part-time options (minimum four days preferred, but open to 3.5 for the right candidate).

Resources and Support: Strong tech systems, admin support, and an internal referral network across five practice groups.

The Offer

Salary:

Associate: $125,000 - $155,000 including super

A lucrative bonus structure - Earn up to 15% of your total package, not just for Business Development but also for firm-initiated work and contributions.

Billables: Target of six hours per day.
