About the role:

• Representing property developers, major institutions, financiers, hoteliers, and high-profile private landholders
• Property acquisitions and dispositions
• Large scale/top-tier level development deals
• Retail, commercial, and industrial leasing & licensing
• Large-scale conveyancing for major residential developments

• Hybrid: 1 day WFH, 4 days in-office (at least one Partner in the office daily)
• Team culture: Very flexible, open-door policy, and a collaborative approach
• Billables: 5.5 – 6.5 but not strictly enforced

• Work Environment & Flexibility:

The ideal candidate:

• 1–2+ years post-admission with strong academic results and solid property law experience.
• Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in property law.
