• Big 6 Firm looking for a Lawyer (1-2 years' PQE) to work on the full spectrum of real estate deals including capital transactions, complex development projects of various asset classes including mixed-use precincts, renewables and build-to-rent, real estate joint ventures, and complex AFL and leasing.
• Highly-regarded Mid-Tier seeking a Lawyer (2+ years' PQE) to work with with some fun Partners across broad range of property matters. Particular responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts of sale and related documents (including caveats and s27 statements) for residential and commercial properties, and preparing, negotiating and reviewing commercial leases, agreements for lease, licences and related documents.
• Another renowned mid-tier firm looking for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to assist in developing junior lawyers. You'll have the opportunity to run complex commercial, industrial, retail and residential transactions, acquisitions, bulk developments and complex leasing matters including across renewable energy projects.
• Top-tier firm and Chambers Band 1 team are seeking a Layer (2+ years' PQE) to work with listed and private REITs, leading corporates, private equity, pension and super funds, property developers and financiers on complex commercial real estate matters, including capital transactions, leasing, development and investment funds.
• A range of our boutique firm clients are needing lawyers and associates to have full carriage of residential, commercial, off-the-plan, subdivision and leasing matters with great mentoring from relaxed Partners.
