​The Role

A high performing property team seeks to employ a property lawyer/conveyancer/property paralegal to strengthen and meet the growing demands of their practice. Reporting to a highly regarded and team orientated Property Partner, you will be given autonomy over a mix of residential, commercial and development matters.

The right Applicant will be:

Have the confidence and experience to run a conveyancing file from beginning to end;

Off-the-plan property developments;

Ensuring smooth and timely settlements;

Have an ingrained approach of being proactive and organised, even in times of busy workload and pressure

Flexible to work as a mixed aged team with a set structure and systems of how we do things – you will need to adapt to our thorough ways of working

Able to provide timely, professional and empathetic client contact

Flexible to conduct verbal or written contract reviews online or via the phone with clients

Professional, positive and solution-focused

Desirable Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will have a “can-do” attitude in supporting our senior lawyers as well as the operations of our law firm；

Proficiency in Mandarin

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.
