About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our Commercial and Litigation teams. This is a full-time position. Your responsibilities include:

Providing support to Principal in the Commercial and Litigation teams.

Attendance on Clients and provide Legal Advice.

Drafting various agreements, and commercial documents.

Attending business transaction matters, including business sales and purchase.

Attending general commercial matters, including company law matters, intellectual property (trademark) matters, and other commercial related matters.

Assisting senior lawyers in complex or comprehensive Commercial Litigation matters.

Drafting of All documents for Commercial Matters.

Handling client’s enquiries including existing clients and new enquiries and bringing them on as clients.

General carriage, management and maintaining files for matters.

Handling telephone, face to face, enquiries and requests from clients and other stakeholders.

About You:

at least 2 years of Post-Qualified Experience.

superior written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Training received at a well-regarded boutique or commercial law firm.

High level organisational and time management skills.

Having experience in legal industry in Mainland of China will be preferred.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
