About the role:

• Advise clients on all aspects of family law, including property settlements, parenting matters, divorce, and binding financial agreements.
• Manage your own files under partner supervision, with the opportunity to run matters end-to-end as your experience grows.
• Work on complex and high-value property and parenting disputes, including matters involving business and trust structures.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

The ideal candidate:

• 2-8 years post-admission in Family Law.
• Confident in client communication and file management.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Passionate about achieving excellent outcomes for clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
