Real Estate Leasing Lawyer

Are you a Real Estate lawyer with solid leasing experience looking for your next exciting opportunity? We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Real Estate Lawyer (5–10 years PAE) to join the high-performing team of our top-tier law firm customer.

This permanent opportunity is a rare chance to work with major retail and financial institutions in a role offering autonomy, responsibility, and direct customer interaction.

About the Role:

The law firm is looking to bring on someone confident in corporate leasing, ideally with experience in stream leasing—handling high volumes with streamlined, efficient processes. You’ll manage large leasing transactions end-to-end: from heads of agreement to negotiation, execution, and registration—with minimal client direction.

Who You Are:

5–10 years PAE, from a top or mid-tier firm

Strong corporate leasing experience (retail/financial institution mandates)

Comfortable managing matters independently and engaging directly with high-profile clients

Experienced working in fast-paced, large-scale leasing environments

Available to start soon and based in Melbourne or Sydney

Familiarity with iManage, Microsoft Suite, and Sharedo is a plus.
