About the Position

Our client is seeking a Litigation Lawyer with debt recovery and insolvency experience to join their in-house legal team. In the role, you will handle your own file load of debt recovery matters under the supervision of senior laweyrs. You will also work on some commercial litigation matters and attend court. You will work with a friendly group of experienced lawyers who have previously worked at large national and international law firms; so you will get great training and mentoring.

About You

You are an experienced commercial litigation lawyer with solid debt recovery and insolvency experience. You are confident running your own matters from beginning to end with the support of senior lawyers. You will be a great team player and easy to work with.

Qualifications

We are seeking someone with:

4 to 7 years of post-admission experience.

Commercial litigation experience.

Prior debt recovery experience and insolvency is a must.

No prior in-house experience is required.
