LANA Software is hiring a Software Implementation Consultant.

LANA is a SaaS company helping trade and service businesses automate their workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, ServiceM8, Simpro, and others. We’re growing fast and looking for someone to lead onboarding workshops that get our clients up and running.

You love building funnels and you’re comfortable setting up workflows, testing triggers, syncing data across systems, and troubleshooting problems on the spot. You’ve either worked with CRMs, job management systems, or built process automations before. You don’t need to be a developer, but you do need to know your way around connected tools.

You can take a business owner through a CRM setup live on Zoom, walk them through an automation, and explain it in a way anyone could understand.

You’re also comfortable handling support tickets. If something isn’t working after a workshop, you investigate, fix what you can, and only escalate when you’ve hit a wall. You know how to document clearly and close the loop properly.

You like working with clients directly. You speak with calm authority and can keep a live Zoom session on track while still answering questions and handling curveballs. You are interested in business and enjoy solving problems and ensuring your clients are happy.

The role includes:

Delivering four live Zoom workshops per client over a four-week period

Setting up and testing LANA workflows and CRM automations

Integrating LANA with tools like ServiceM8, Simpro, Ascora, etc.

Responding to support tickets (via Zoho) between workshops

Calling clients to schedule sessions and check in

Documenting workflows and client decisions properly inside the platform

Handing over the client and their set-up to the internal team after you have set up their system successfully and resolve any initial bugs.

You’re a great fit if you know your way around workflow automation tools, can learn new systems quickly, and have experience leading client training or software onboarding sessions.

It’s a bonus if you’ve worked with tools like Zapier, Twilio, GoHighLevel, or any major job management platform. It’s also helpful if you’re confident in diagramming workflows or building out processes from scratch.

This is a full-time, 100% remote role, working 9am to 5:30pm AEST Monday to Friday. You’ll need to be available for client sessions during these hours. The salary is $70K–$90K + Super (depending on experience).
