About the Role
Annangrove Preschool Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our nurturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Certificate III, Diploma or ECT qualified professional who is committed to delivering high-quality education and care in a supportive, play-based environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate programs that foster learning and development

Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that supports each child’s wellbeing and emotional growth

Observing and documenting children’s progress to inform program planning and enhance learning outcomes

Building meaningful partnerships with families to support each child’s unique needs

Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and the National Quality Framework

Actively participating in team meetings, training, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III, Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised)

Proven experience in an early learning

Sound knowledge of early childhood development and the EYLF

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Team player with a collaborative and proactive attitude

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certifications

Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance

A genuine passion for fostering learning through play
