Draftsperson – Office-Based Role (Hopeland, WA 6125)

About the Role

Rivlow Portables is seeking a full-time Draftsperson to join our team in Hopeland, WA 6125. This is an office-based position, working closely with our in-house team to deliver high-quality architectural drafting for portable building projects. While some flexibility to work from home is available, please note this role requires a consistent on-site presence to collaborate effectively with our designers, engineers, and production team.

⚠️ Important: This position is not open to recruitment agencies or overseas companies. We are looking for a locally based professional who can commit to being an integral part of our team with their own design input.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for portable and modular building projects.

Collaborating with the design and engineering teams to translate client requirements into practical technical solutions.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, Australian Standards, and industry best practices.

Conducting research and providing input on materials and construction methods to optimise design outcomes.

Assisting in the continuous improvement of drafting processes, templates, and standards.

What We’re Looking For

A relevant qualification in architectural drafting or a related discipline.

Previous experience as a Draftsperson, ideally within the portable, modular, or residential construction industry.

Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

A solid understanding of Australian building codes and regulations.

High attention to detail, with proven ability to produce accurate, quality drawings.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
