We’re looking for an experienced Draftsperson to join our close-knit team in West Perth. If you’re someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in quality work, and is confident navigating the WA residential drafting space — we’d love to meet you.

What the Role Looks Like:
You’ll work alongside our team on a variety of projects including luxury double and single storey homes, multi-unit developments, additions, and commercial projects. Your main focus will be producing accurate, compliant, and detailed drawings using ArchiCAD — spanning everything from design sketches and planning drawings through to final working documentation.

You’ll also:

Ensure all plans align with NCC, R-Codes, council requirements, and developer guidelines

Implement smart design solutions and handle plan changes (from feasibility checks to client or council feedback)

Collaborate across departments to keep things moving smoothly and on time

About You:

3+ years of drafting experience in the WA residential building industry

Confident using ArchiCAD to produce high-quality and precise drawings

Solid knowledge of local construction methods, building codes, and documentation standards

Strong understanding of NCC, R-Codes, and local council requirements

Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive with a commitment to delivering quality work

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving as part of a team

Confident in interpreting engineer’s drawings and integrating them into architectural plans

Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to contribute ideas
