Are you an experienced draftsperson looking to take on a senior role with a great team and culture? We are seeking a Senior Draftsperson with strong ArchiCAD skills and a minimum of 10 years’ experience to oversee our offshore drafting team and ensure all plans meet our high-quality standards. Working from our office in Booragoon, you may also have the option to work from our Nedlands office down the track! We are open to offering flexibility for the right person and we will also consider school hours.

The Role:

Review and refine architectural drawings for granny flats and home extensions

Work closely with our five overseas draftspersons to provide feedback and final amendments

Ensure compliance with Australian building codes and company drafting standards

Collaborate with the design and approvals team to streamline project delivery

Be the go-to expert for fine-tuning and checking all drawings before submission

About You:

10+ years of drafting experience (preferably in residential construction)

Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD

High attention to detail and a passion for quality control

Ability to mentor and oversee an offshore drafting team

Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
