We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team.

Primary Roles:

Customer relations - as the link between our clients and our production team to manage & ensure client requirements are met

Data Entry via in-house software & MS Office

Order Processing & Management via in-house software & MS Office

Working Hours:

8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Prerequisites:

Proficiency in MS Office

Previous experience in administration role

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail - this is crucial as every product we make are made to order

Positive attitude & team player

Full training will be provided in order to ensure integration into the role.
