What You’ll Do
Respond to daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and help desk platforms
Process returns and refunds, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
Follow up on purchase orders and provide accurate updates to customers
Engage with customer reviews, positive and negative, to uphold our brand reputation
Monitor service metrics like response times and satisfaction scores
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Recommend and implement improvements to service processes, including loyalty programs and satisfaction surveys
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in customer service, preferably in eCommerce or B2B
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with help desk tools and CRM platforms
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving customer experience
A customer-first mindset with the ability to solve problems and deliver value.
