Key responsibilities
Lead and manage all sales strategies and activities to achieve revenue and margin targets. - Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive national sales approach.
- Performance: Monitor targets, forecast sales, and maintain CRM and reporting systems.
- Business development: Identify and secure new customer segments and verticals.
- Team leadership: Select, mentor, and develop high-performing team members.
- Compliance: Support quality assurance, environmental management, and WH&S standards.
