What You’ll Do
Retain and engage: Manage inbound and outbound communications to guide customers through their policy renewals.
Deliver excellence: Provide outstanding service and product knowledge to ensure customers feel confident and valued.
Hit your goals: Meet individual and team targets while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Boost our brand: Encourage happy customers to share their experiences through reviews and testimonials.
Stay sharp: Keep CRM records accurate and up to date and participate in ongoing training and compliance.
What You Bring
Experience in call centre or office-based roles involving sales, retention or customer service (retail-only experience not preferred)
A confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office experience
