We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative or Order Processing Representative to join a global building materials manufacturer due to business growth. In this role, you will expedite customer requests and work collaboratively with the sales and logistics teams, ensuring all sales orders are delivered on time.

Your new job

• Assisting customers via phone and email
• Processing sales orders, returns, and credits via SAP
• Providing quotes and assist with stock availability
• Coordinating logistics requirements for timely delivery of sales orders
• Providing administration support to customers and sales engineers
• Processing invoices and issuing purchase orders

Your experience

• Proven experience in an office based customer service, order processing, inventroy or supply chain highly desirable
• Must have SAP or Salesforce experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and great problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
