About the Position

As a Health Care Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting prospective members with the right private health insurance solutions. Your focus will be on delivering helpful, courteous service and expert advice.

You’ll report to the Sales Team Leader and work alongside like-minded professionals who are passionate about health, service, and achieving great results.

Key Responsibilities include

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote health care products;
• Meet and exceed sales and service targets;
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads; and
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to sign-up.

About You

• Previous experience in a contact centre or sales environment;
• Solid understanding of the private health insurance sector (or similar insurance industry experience); and
• A confident communicator who can build rapport across multiple channels.
