As a Mortgage Broker Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our brokers throughout the mortgage application process. From gathering documentation to liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors, you’ll help ensure each deal progresses smoothly from start to finish.

What you will do:

Assist mortgage brokers to research and develop loan strategies

Assist in the management of loan applications from start to finish

Assist mortgage brokers with diary management and booking clients in for meetings as required.

Collaborate with offshoring team to ensure basic administrative tasks are distributed to them and the team/you are being adequality assisted

Liaise with clients to obtain documentation required for mortgage brokers to assist them

Follow up with lenders and solicitors to track application progress

Maintain client files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Provide outstanding customer service via phone, and email

What you need:

Previous experience in the mortgage or finance industry preferred

Strong administrative and organizational skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office and mortgage CRM software (e.g., Mercury, ApplyOnline, etc.)

A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients and support the team
