Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, interpret, maintain, review, and negotiate variations to contracts on behalf of Ideal Barn Doors.

· Manage contract-related paperwork associated with projects, services, and supplier agreements.

· Respond to inquiries, resolve contract-related issues, and liaise with suppliers, project managers, and builders.

· Oversee the execution of contract variations and report on work orders.

· Assist senior management in contract decision-making and implementation.

· Collect and analyse contract/project data, preparing submissions and reports as needed.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual goals are met.

Essential

· Strong experience preparing and negotiating contract variations and managing contract documentation.

· Excellent stakeholder communication—capable of engaging with suppliers, project teams, and management.

· Skilled in reporting, documentation, data collection, and analysis.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable

· Experience in the construction, building products, or joinery industries.

· Knowledge of procurement workflows, budgeting, or cost control.

· Familiarity with project management or CRM software.
