Your Role

Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the venue.

Manage staff rosters, wages, and payroll accuracy.

Monitor and control COGS and stock levels.

Plan, launch, and execute promotions and events.

Lead, train, and develop staff to build a high performing, engaged team.

Ensure every guest enjoys a top-tier experience.
