L'Orient Legal is a legal practice based in Sydney downtown. We provide legal services in the areas of Property Law (all forms of conveyancing transactions), Commercial Leasing, Wills and Estates, Family Law, Migration and Litigation matters.

Qualifications & experience

Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal Legal with at least 1 year experience

Ability to use LEAP and PEXA

Fluent in both Chinese and English languages

Tasks & responsibilities

Collaborate with the supervisor and legal team to handle real property conveyancing cases.

Conduct thorough research and due diligence on property transactions.

Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to conveyancing.

Liaise with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their interests are protected.

Stay up-to-date with relevant property laws, regulations, and industry developments.

Undertake various clerical duties including file maintenance and management fromown initiative, lodgement of dealings through PEXA.
