Key Responsibilities

Ability to independently manage files from start to finish, without compromising care or quality.

Review Contracts and prepare written advice for clients.

Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, team members and industry colleagues with professionalism, confidence and clarity.

Maintain accurate records and meet key deadlines.

Deliver exceptional client service and uphold high firm standards.

About You

Minimum 5 years NSW residential conveyancing experience.

Strong organisational, time management and problem solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and proactively.

Personable and professional with a client-first mindset.

Comfortable using ditigal tools and systems.

You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
