We are actively seeking talented Conveyancers and Senior Conveyancers to join a growing, digital-first boutique firm with offices across Australia.

The role:

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from contract to settlement with autonomy and accuracy
• Liaise directly with clients, brokers, and buyer's agents, providing clear and confident guidance
• Support the growth of the firm’s national presence and contribute to developing systems and processes
• Mentor junior team members and help foster a positive, collaborative team culture
• Adopt technology and automation to drive efficiency and innovation in conveyancing work

About you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (4+ years for senior roles)
• Strong technical expertise in VIC conveyancing; multi-jurisdictional experience or willingness to learn other jurisdictions is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage files independently
• A proactive, solutions-focused and driven mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with new and changing technology is essential
• Confident using legal technology such as PEXA, Smokeball, TriConvey, or similar
